Stephen C. Hammack, MD, FAAFP, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Flowood Primary Care.
Dr. Hammack received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.
Hammack is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has special practice interests in chronic disease management, urgent care and wellness and preventative health care.
At Flowood Primary Care, he provides comprehensive evaluation and care to meet family health needs. His goal is to form long-term relationships with entire families and help them stay healthy.
